My husband had the most beautiful arrangement of my favorite flowers in my favorite color delivered to my job for our anniversary! They smelled so amazing as well!

I came into Clement's on possibly their busiest day of the year, Valentine's. They were short staffed and doing their best. A very kind and knowledgeable lady helped this delinquent pick out some last minute flowers. I told the lady unfortunately I had to get to work and had no time to wait for an arrangement to be made. Even as busy as she was, she took time to pick out some lovely flowers for me and even did her best to instruct this novice in the subtle art of arranging. She commended my bravery in this matter and I salute her deep knowledge, experience and wisdom in working with God's creations and her graciousness with those who wait until the last minute. Attached is a picture of what I managed. These flowers have been beautiful and have lasted for weeks. I know they were grown and handled with love.

This company chose to fulfill an order I placed online via hospitalgiftshop.com. This bouquet was $103 before tax and delivery fee. You can CLEARLY see 12 roses in the website photo versus the THREE used in what was delivered. This was not a matter of substitution, this was a matter of not even remotely providing what I paid for. After lodging a complaint, Clement’s was to replace the order on Friday morning. My sister was discharged just after noon. Clement’s didn’t deliver the replacement until after 3pm, so again, not what I paid for. This place is a rip off and I hope they go out of business.

I am a repeat customer of this store and I wish I could do more to get their name out. The customer service I receive in here is top notch. The flowers aren't the only reason I drive here. The ladies that work here truly are fantastic. If you are deciding between here and another local shop.......rest assured, you'll be taken care of. Always. Thank you for making my day, again.

I walked in and bought a dozen roses of my own choice to arrange myself at home, so the arrangement in this photo does not reflect the shop owners' skill. The roses are fresh and beautiful, smell wonderful, and were reasonably priced. The nut who ran the counter gave me everything I wanted, and gave my daughter a free rose just for coming in with me. I'm kidding about the owner being a nut, but she was very kind, cheerful, fun and helpful, as were the others in the shop. Thank you for a lovely experience!
